Anger Is Not a Bad Emotion
We don’t talk enough about Anger!
Despite its bad reputation, anger is not bad, even though it might feel bad. Anger is a primary emotion—a fundamental, immediate emotional response to a perceived threat or violation of one’s needs or values. It’s there to protect us, to signal unmet needs or crossed boundaries, and often shows up when our values, principles, or limits are being challenged. 🚧

Self-Curiosity is a Superpower!
Self-curiosity is the practice of turning inward with a sense of wonder and inquiry.
It’s about being genuinely interested in understanding yourself—your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and the reasons behind them. Cultivating self-curiosity allows us to (re)connect with our inner world and, ultimately, live more authentic and fulfilling lives.

Self-Compassion - The most underrated emotional skill!
Sometimes we mistakenly believe that self-compassion means letting ourselves off the hook, avoiding responsibility, or not caring about our behaviors and performance. That couldn’t be further from the truth. By nurturing self-compassion, we build resilience, foster inner strength, and enhance our overall wellbeing. 🌱
The harsher and more critical we are with ourselves, the greater our need for self-compassion.
